Yoga didn’t start as a lifestyle for me – it became one through real life.
I’m self-employed, a wife, and a mom to two young girls, and over the years yoga has become the anchor that helps me move through everyday life with more awareness and balance.
I’m half Greek, half Danish and spent many years living in Copenhagen, where my yoga journey began through different styles and teachers. Over time, yoga evolved from a physical practice into a holistic way of life, shaping how I move, think, breathe, and relate to the world around me.
I’m a certified yoga instructor, educated at Siva Om School of Yoga in Athens, rooted in traditional yogic teachings that approach yoga as a complete system — integrating movement, breath, philosophy, and awareness.
Classes are taught in English, and I also speak Greek and Danish fluently. I meet each student where they are, whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, always adapting the teaching to the individual. My aim is to create a welcoming, down-to-earth space where yoga feels accessible and meaningful.
